Was in the store for 20 minuets trying to find a specific item and then shop for additional items once I found it. Not one associate in the entire store said a word to me or made themselves available. I never found what I was looking for nor did I shop for anything after that. They may have excellent customer service but they all seemed more interested in chatting with existing customers than helping a new customer out.
