  A bad situation turned worse. I went through a "custom" fitting back at the end of March. The gentleman that helped me was very attentive and had me try many different clubs and adjustments. The pro (Lynn?) stopped by for about 30 seconds with a small amount of input I found the one I liked and $700 later I was out the door. Fast forward to now, my car was broken into and all my clubs were stolen. You can imagine the feeling. So with my head hung low I went back to Golf Galaxy in Plymouth (why wouldn't I?) I chose 2 different sets to try as my original set is discontinued and cannot be custom ordered. I tried them out and really like the way one felt. (The pro Lynn(?) was wandering around and never stopped by with any input) When I looked down I realized the salesman grabbed the wrong club set I asked for. Mistakes happen no big deal right? He then said "Let me check the computer quick" went over to the desk, and started helping another customer! I wandered over to the club display again. I was the ONLY one over there. The pro walked by twice and never stopped to ask me if I needed help. After the second time he breezed by I watched what he was doing. All he was doing was walking back and forth from the back corner of the store to make him appear busy. I was severely disappointed and walked out of the store. I guess the $1500 I was about to spend on an entire new set of clubs wasn't very important to him. I will take my golf business elsewhere.
