We like the choice of music selections and have received excellent customer service overall. The only issue is that the setup is a bit tricky, and once our phone messaging-on-hold stopped working for an undetermined number of weeks before we realized it. Thereafter, it took nearly a month to finally resolve, during which time our on-hold clients were hearing either complete silence (and hanging up) or the painful Comcast phone default music (shudder!).
